Our inspection trip allow you through a well organized 3-4 day stay in the Island to view all the prime location and properties in your price range that suit your personal requirements.
The price of your visit includes your return flights, airport transfers, and hotel accommodation on half board basis.
The duration of the inspection trip varies from 3-4 days with arrival at either Paphos or Larnaca International Airports.

Upon receipt, our representative will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the details of your trip.

Upon qualification for an inspection trip, there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE participation of 150 UK£ per person. The above amount is a contribution to the Inspection Trips overall cost which is subsidized by AEGOKEROS Properties Ltd.

However, whilst you are under no obligation to purchase, we would point out that you are under obligation to view properties with a company representative for the duration of your visit. Clients who fail to adhere to the terms and conditions of the inspection trip to Cyprus for any other reason will be held in breach of terms and conditions and will then be required to pay the full cost of the inspection trip from the credit provided at the time of reservation. Furthermore, our representative will be returned to other duties. Clients canceling a visit prior to departure without a insurable reason will be required to pay the full cost of the visit to Cyprus. Where an insurable reason for non-travel is provided and covered by a doctor’s certificate, then these charges may be covered by your private travel insurance.
